Day-by-Day Itinerary
- Upon your arrival at the Airport Arrival Terminal, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative, who will be holding a signage card with your Name written on it. You will then be escorted to the waiting vehicle for a comfortable transfer to your hotel.
- The morning is free for leisure activities. In the evening, indulge in a delightful two-hour cruise along the stunning Dubai Marina. What's Not Included
- Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt.
- Any upgradation in Airline class or hotel room category. Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
- Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure.
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc., incurred due to unforeseen, unavoidable force majeure circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and they will join the group at the hotel.
Important Information
- Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 10,000 per person if booking is done 21 days before travel.
- Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour/booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the company.
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- The tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
- Within 15–30 days of travel, the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% as cancellation charges.
- Within 15 days, the tour is completely non-refundable.
